1. What is one food (or meal) you used to hate but now love? I used to hate onions with a passion, but now I can tolerate them. Honestly though, it’s Ranch dressing. Before last year, I never would have touched the stuff, now, pizza just doesn’t taste as good without it.
2. If you had to give up one of your favorite foods (or meals) for good, what would it be, and why? Oh god, probably chocolate ice. That was my diet during the summers. But it’s not very healthy, which is why I would give it up. I just love the cool, creamy texture of ice cream, especially mixed with milk or Pepsi.
3. Which food seems like it should be healthy and isn’t, and do you eat it? Why? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. It has chocolate, which, in moderation, is good for you.
4. If you were an item of food, personified, what would you be and why? A potato. For the past two summers, I worked as a potato inspector for the USDA, and now, potatoes have gotten under my skin.
5. You’ve seen tomatoes and pies used for this purpose… now think of a more inventive item of food one could throw at someone. What is it and why would throwing it at someone be hilarious? Marshmallows. They are cute and fluffy, so they really wouldn’t hurt if you threw them at someone, but you could have a whole flood of white marshmallows raining down, and I think that would be slightly funny.
